Little Wendy Tales is a short-lived animated segment only shown in the third season of Between the Lions. It is a parody of Japanese magical girl anime, specifically Sailor Moon. The segment demonstrates how the placement of punctuation marks can change the meaning of a sentence.
Plot[]
The segment is done in the Sailor Moon style. An unnamed girl with big blue eyes and black hair tied in pigtails (Voiced by Christiana Anbri) is reading a book called "Little Wendy Tales" with her pet cat Cuddly Kitty. When they see that Wendy is in trouble due to improperly punctuated sentences, they transform into their superhero alter egos The Punctuator (also voiced by Christiana Anbri) and Emoticon the Cat (Voiced by Chris Phillips), and they fix the punctuation problem.
